I’m Tohru Seraku (瀬楽 亨 in Japanese). My academic field is linguistics (esp., syntax, semantics, pragmatics). I received a doctoral degree in linguistics from the University of Oxford in 2013. I then taught at SOAS (University of London) as a teaching fellow and currently teach at Hankuk University of Foreign Studies.

 

I also teach Japanese on the EBS radio programme "たのしい日本語."
